  1. From your Dashboard, choose your department, and click the green "Manage Employees" button.
  2. On the next screen, click the green "Add Employee" button.
  3. If your new student has worked for another MSU Libraries department before, search for their name and click "Add".
  4. If your student is new to MSU Libraries employment:
    1. Click the blue "Create New" button.
    2. Fill out the form with all of the student's information.
      1. If they need to be added to multiple departments, choose as many as needed from the department dropdown.
      2. If they are to be paid from the Dean's Special Fund, check the "DSF" box.
    3. Click the green "Save" button.
