Specific forms

Some requests require specific forms:

Request updates to your directory profile
Update your profile on the MSU Libraries directory site. This does not change any information in Banner or in the MSU directory.
Request setup, takedown, or changes for employees
Request services for your incoming and outgoing employees, or changes for current employees.
MSU Libraries faculty/staff: Request a PR item
Marketing and Communication can write or edit a press release, take a photo to accompany a news item, or create an advertisement for a Libraries resource or service. This form submits a ticket to Marketing and Communication for news item request or approval. Upon completion, they will route it to Web Technologies for posting on the website.
