Many journals do not have any restrictions on working papers that preceded an article being published in institutional repositories, especially if substantial revisions were made.

Check your publication agreement and the journal's policies to confirm that this is the case. Note that your journal may require you to include a statement and/or citation to their version of the article in your Scholars Junction item record and/or downloadable file.
