There are several ways to look for newspaper articles through MSU Libraries!

If you are looking for a newspaper's most recent publications, the MSU Current Journals section has the most recent 2 weeks for major newspapers (The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, etc.) and for newspapers in Mississippi (The Clarion Ledger, The Delta Democrat, etc.).

If you are looking for something that was published prior to two weeks ago, there are a few places you can look.

1) You can search through several of our databases for news items.  Here are some suggested databases (You will need an MSU netID and password to access):

2) You can search the archives of a particular newspaper on it's own website.  Some sites will let you go back a decade or so.  The New York Times will actually let you search back to 1851!

And when in doubt, you can always Ask-a-Librarian for help finding what you're looking for!
