Signature pages are no longer required for thesis/dissertation submission. As of 2020, students submit a committee acceptance form that is signed by all committee members, graduate coordinator, and college dean. The form can be downloaded from Canvas once a student enrolls in LIB 9010 or by contacting the Graduate Student Center / Thesis and Dissertation Office.
